MMK Retail ("we," "us") is a Canadian company based in Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect across our websites, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
This policy covers mmkretail.com, reality.mmkretail.com, and play.mmkretail.com (Shelf Life).
What We Collect

We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting cookies, or third-party analytics trackers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Cookies
Our sites do not set cookies. We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking cookies. Your browser may cache standard web assets (fonts, images), but no identifying information is stored in cookies.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of services to operate our sites. Each processes limited personal information on our behalf:

Cross-Border Data Transfers
Our third-party service providers are based in the United States. By using our sites, your personal information may be processed and stored in the U.S., where it may be subject to U.S. law, including potential access by law enforcement under U.S. legal processes. We select providers with strong security practices and data protection commitments.
How We Protect Your Information
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not store payment information. We retain form submissions and game data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose.
Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: Retained until the inquiry is resolved, then deleted within 12 months.
- Game data (Shelf Life): Retained for product improvement. De-identified and aggregated where possible.
- Email addresses: Retained until you request removal or unsubscribe.
Your Rights
Under PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law) and Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent for future communications at any time

Email Communications (CASL)
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send commercial electronic messages to people who have provided express consent. Every email includes our identification, contact information, and an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.
Transactional emails (such as Shelf Life game results) are sent in response to actions you initiated and contain no promotional content.
